APPLICATION
Egg crate grille or cube core grille is designed to meet the commercial & industrial need for low resistance, high to medium air volume return or exhaust grille.
FEATURED STANDARD CONSTRUCTION
•FRAME:
- Constructed from heavy extruded aluminum with 127/64” (36 mm) flange face border with a 13/16” (30mm)overlap margin with interlocked corners and mechanically stacked to form a rigid frame.
•CORE:
- Egg Crate Core are made of 1/2” x 1/2” thin aluminum strips assembled in grid fashion on 1/2” centers.
•FINISH:
- RAL 9010.
•SIZES:
- Minimum size : 6” x 4”
- Maximum size : 48” x 24”
- Larger sizes are constructed of factory joined multiple sections.
OPTIONS
• Opposed blade damper (OBD) can be fixed on the back of the grille.
• Concealed clips for fixation or countersunk screw holes in the borders for fixation.
• Foam gasket on the back of the frame.
• 1” (25mm) Aluminum Filter.
• Mill finish (brut), all type of RAL finishing.
